We have been providing private chauffeur hire for special events in Tuscany since 2004. In that time we have worked weddings at medieval castles in the Chianti hills, gala dinners at Renaissance villas outside Florence, corporate evenings in Forte dei Marmi, anniversary celebrations across the region and private parties that have required multiple vehicles coordinated across multiple pickup points and precise timing. The scale of the occasion changes. The standard does not.

For weddings, this means a driver who is suited and punctual, a vehicle that is immaculate inside and out, timing that has been agreed and confirmed in advance with your wedding planner or coordinator, and the flexibility to handle last-minute changes without disruption. We work with the Mercedes E-Class for the bride's car and smaller parties, and the V-Class for larger groups or when luggage needs to travel alongside guests. Multi-vehicle arrangements are available and coordinated as a single booking.

For galas, corporate events and private celebrations, the requirement is different but the standard is the same — discretion, punctuality, presentation. A driver who understands that conversation in the vehicle is the guest's to initiate, not his. A vehicle that arrives clean and ready.
