Every transfer begins before the first kilometre. It begins with the choice of vehicle.

We have been operating private transfers across Tuscany since 2004. In that time, one thing has never changed: the choice of vehicle. Mercedes-Benz — exclusively. Not because of the badge, but because of what it means in practice. A Mercedes E-Class on a long motorway run is a different experience from any other sedan in its class. A Mercedes Vito or V-Class with seven people and their luggage on a summer afternoon in Versilia is a different experience from any minibus or people carrier. The difference is in the suspension, the climate control, the noise levels, the seats.

Every vehicle in our fleet is maintained to the same standard — cleaned before every transfer, inspected regularly, replaced when it no longer meets our requirements. We do not operate old vehicles. We do not operate vehicles that look good in photographs and feel different in person. What you see on this page is what picks you up at your door.

Our drivers are professionally trained and English-speaking. They dress appropriately for the service they are providing. They are punctual, discreet and familiar with every road, access restriction and parking rule in the area. A driver who has been doing this for twenty years knows things that no navigation app can tell you — and that knowledge is part of what you are paying for.
